We provide seamless person-centered care and support to people living in their own homes who are unable to care for themselves because of age ,learning/physical disability . We aim to deliver service that is of highest quality that will improve and sustain the service user ‘s overall quality of life.
We aim to ensure that the services are delivered flexibly and in a non-discriminatory fashion while respecting the service user right to independence , privacy ,dignity, fulfilment, and the right to make informed choice and decisions .We also aim to ensure the service users needs and values are respected in matters of religion , culture race or ethnic origin , sexual orientation, political affiliation ,marital status parenthood and disabilities or impairments.
